In addition to automatic validation, all research evaluations are proofread in multiple stages by our in-house Quality Control editors for content, spelling, and grammar. Our editors are perfectionists—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We have several checks and balances in place to make sure that mystery shoppers provide you with fair, accurate, and dependable feedback. We audit our shoppers’ scoring, rotation, and frequency habits, and even utilize a rating system to ensure that scoring is not biased.

We can also limit participation to only the most qualified shoppers for your program, using factors like experience, age, gender, household income, and access to a digital camera.

A research program has to be consistent and reliable to be worthwhile. To ensure timely and accurate data, we closely monitor program completion rates, error margins, and scheduling quotas.
