Repair customers want reasonable prices.

A nationwide survey by National Shopping Service for car repair
customers has found that American motorists insist on reasonable
pricing and a clear explanation of their repair needs when going
to automotive repair shops. Motorists are more concerned with good
customer service and a reasonable price than frills or employee
imaging. Other top priorities are: not wanting greasy fingerprints
left on the vehicle, receiving a written estimate and a receipt
and seeing the price posted for the requested service and repairs.
